What we’re looking for:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Georgia (MUST)
• Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred
• Background in fine and gross motor skill development
• Familiarity with school-based OT, home health, and healthcare OT practices
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to adapt and tailor interventions for diverse learning needs

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
• Assess and document students’ functional skill sets and therapy progress
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Support students in achieving educational and developmental goals
• Communicate progress and strategies with families and teachers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
