If interested in this Client Services Specialist II position, contact Milos Pavlovic at 586-288-750 or View email address on click.appcast.io Client Services Specialist II Compensation: pay $16.79/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Client Services Specialist II Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT (must be onsite in Franklin, TN 3 days/week; flexible on which days) Client Services Specialist II Responsibilities Process prior authorizations and appeals Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment Document cases clearly and accurately in accordance with program guidelines Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams and program partners Plan/organize work, set priorities, and complete work with minimal supervision Participate in cross-training to perform multiple roles within the department Other duties as assigned Client Services Specialist II Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days High School Diploma or GED (required) Strong phone-based customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to document cases clearly/accurately Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems/tools in a fast-paced environment Ability to work onsite in Franklin, TN 3 days per week (required) Client Services Specialist II Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree (preferred) Knowledge of Medicare benefits, enrollments, and LIS assistance Prescription drug reimbursement / insurance benefit structures knowledge Experience with case documentation or benefit verification tools (CRM/case platforms, payer portals, etc.) If you think this Client Services Specialist II position is a good fit, reach out—call, email, or apply. *aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
