Role Description This full-time remote Financial Analyst role involves supporting financial decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis. The Financial Analyst will prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports, monitor key performance indicators, and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. The role includes evaluating financial trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare presentations and summaries for stakeholders, and help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The position is fully remote, requiring consistent communication and self-directed work in a virtual environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge, including understanding of core financial concepts and principles. Candidates should possess Financial Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including data analysis, trend identification, and problem-solving using quantitative methods. Candidates should possess Financial Reporting skills, including creating accurate, compliant, and timely internal and external reports. Candidates should have proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software). Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
