Field Recruiter - Bilingual Trades Talent

Neave Outdoor is seeking a Field Recruiter for Skilled Trades (Bilingual English/Spanish) based in Wappingers Falls, NY, with field duties across the Hudson Valley, Westchester, CT, and Northern NJ. This role champions hands-on recruiting outside a desk and owns the candidate funnel.
You’ll spend 2–3 days weekly in the field, conduct bilingual outreach, drive referrals and screen licenses, driving fast offers in collaboration with hiring managers. Base salary is 50k–80k with performance bonus.
