Staff Product Designer, Consumer Fintech — End-to-End Lead

Flex is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own a product area end-to-end, defining what great looks like from discovery through shipping. You’ll work with product managers, engineers, data analysts, risk, and compliance to run experiments and inform roadmap with data-driven decisions. The role combines UX strategy, interaction, and visual design to improve financial experiences for consumers nationwide.
