Serve as a first level supervisor planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over supervisory and non-supervisory employees assigned to the Directorate of Manpower, Personnel and Services, Enlisted Development Branch, etc. with responsibility to implement/modify command wide enlisted assignment policy.
