BAYADA’s DSP / Direct Support Professionals work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We provide flexibility with scheduling, and we have paid training and only a 1-day paid orientation. Urgently hiring a DSP in Sharon, PA to support a female client Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours/week. Compensation & Schedule: Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule ($19.50 / hour +) Paid trainings and only a 1-day paid orientation!
