Diagnose faults quickly using effective fault‑finding techniques and implement efficient repairs. Minimise downtime through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with production teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and planned downtime. Maintain equipment to optimum operational standards. Assist with installation, commissioning and modification of new machinery and equipment. Manage and maintain critical spare‑parts inventory, including ordering replacement components. Ensure all engineering activities are carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulations. Accurately record maintenance activities using CMMS systems. Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay up to date with industry best practices. About You Previous experience working as a Multi‑Skilled Engineer within a manufacturing, production, FMCG or food processing environment. Recognised electrical qualification such as City & Guilds, HNC/ONC, 18th Edition or Electrical Apprenticeship. Strong electrical skills with mechanical competence. PLC fault‑finding and diagnostics experience. Experience using CMMS. Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities. A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the business. Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level). A strong commitment to health & safety standards. The ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
