Speech Pathologist Assistant in Naples, FL

This part-time contract opportunity allows you to work with a diverse caseload of 50-55 students across multiple campuses, including a K-8 school and a high school. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Florida DOH SLPA license required
• Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred
• Skill in adapting therapy approaches for varying age groups (K-8 and high school)
• Strong team collaboration skills with teachers, SLPs, and staff
• Ability to manage and document caseload efficiently
• Fingerprints required per Florida guidelines; familiarity with transferring or updating fingerprints and JLA badges a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy sessions under SLP supervision, focusing on individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Support assessment and documentation of student progress
• Coordinate schedules and interventions with support staff and school teams
• Travel between assigned sites: one day per week at Hector A Cafferata Jr K-8 School and one day at Riverdale High School
• Contribute to a positive and nurturing school environment, helping students reach their communication potential
