Title: Senior Electrical Estimator - Commercial Construction
Location:  Phoenix, AZ 85034
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + 10% Bonus + Relocation Allowance

Founded in 1986, we are a leading Arizona mechanical contractor with approximately 200 employees specializing in HVAC, piping, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, service, and construction solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, and mission-critical clients. We have built a strong reputation for delivering complex MEP projects throughout Arizona while maintaining a commitment to quality, safety, and long-term client partnerships. We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to lead complex commercial electrical estimates, support strategic project pursuits, and help drive the continued growth of our electrical construction operations. This role will collaborate closely with estimating, operations, project management, and executive leadership to secure profitable work and ensure successful project handoffs. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial electrical construction projects from concept through bid submission
• Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing, vendor solicitation, scope reviews, and value engineering analysis
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, and contract documents to identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with Project Management, Purchasing, and Operations to support successful project execution
• Assist with negotiated work, change orders, budgeting, and project turnover activities
• Mentor junior estimators while helping improve estimating processes, databases, and best practices

What You Need for This Position

• 5+ years of commercial electrical estimating experience
• 2+ years as a Senior Electrical Estimator or lead estimating professional
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, NEC requirements, labor productivity, and construction methods
• Experience estimating projects ranging from tenant improvements to large ground-up commercial construction
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating platforms such as Accubid, Trimble, ConEst, or similar
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, schedules, and bid documents while managing multiple pursuits
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
