A growing and established property management company is seeking a Multifamily Property Manager to oversee a residential community in Hopkinsville. This role is ideal for a leader who knows how to balance people, performance, and financial results .

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations
  • Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and delinquency performance
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and contribute to NOI growth
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
  • Track and improve KPIs to optimize asset performance
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of multifamily Property Management experience (required)
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financials, and property performance
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
