Schedule includes a mix of extended day shifts and standard day shifts as scheduled

Position Overview

Provide outpatient primary care coverage in a workplace clinic setting, including DOT physicals as needed.

Clinical Scope

• Primary care, wellness, and prevention focused care
• DOT physicals
• Typical volume: 7 to 10 patients per day
• EMR: Epic and MD Scripts

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Pennsylvania license
• DEA required
• DOT certification required
• Minimum three years of advanced practice experience
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
