About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to play a pivotal role in the development of a scalable finance organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and scaling the finance function, leading financial planning and analysis, overseeing accounting operations, and directing cash management activities. This strategic and hands-on leader will also be tasked with creating and implementing financial processes, internal controls, and operating standards to support the company's growth. The role demands a professional with a strong technical finance background, experience in building and leading teams, and a proven track record in improving financial operations, particularly in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environment. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a background in building and scaling finance for a company with a revenue of $30M or more, with a preference for those with experience in SaaS or tech.
