Lead Infant Teacher

Responsibilities Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allows children to learn about the world and explore their interests. Supervise and monitor the safety of children. Take care of children’s basic needs such as feeding, changing diapers, and maintaining cleanliness. Plan and conduct daily sensory, music, movement, large‑motor, and small‑motor activities. Work closely with team members to create a nurturing, positive work environment for everyone. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Introduction to the Child Care Profession and Skills & Strategies for the Child Care Professional course (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire). Infant/Toddler Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire). Must be 18 or older. Must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for any employer. Must be able to work as a supportive member of the team. Preferred Qualifications Early Child Care Experience. CPR / First Aid, Shaken Baby, SIDS training (upon employment).
