Role: Packaging Associate Location: New Castle, PA Employment Type: Full Time We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring Overview Your Impact: Hang and space cannabis product properly to optimize dry process Completing Harvesting, Bucking, Trimming, and Burping processes Remove buds from stock following hand or machine process Follow cure process needed for each harvest Maintain clean and organized work area along with trimming equipment Qualifications & Strengths You are highly detail-oriented and organized. You value inclusivity and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. You are skilled at adapting, multi-tasking, and handling competing priorities. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
