Import Export Tire Company — Latrobe, PA

The Role: We're looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. You'll pick orders, load/unload trucks, and keep our warehouse running efficiently. This role may be assigned to shipping, receiving, picking, or ground work based on business needs.

What You'll Do:

Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving
Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks (training provided)
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Communicate issues or discrepancies to your supervisor

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills
Forklift experience a plus but not required—we'll train
Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
