to join their customer operations team. In this role, you will analyze customer financial activity, investigate payment trends, manage accounts receivable issues, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective resolutions and process improvements. Job Description As a Financial Analyst, you will support customer operations by evaluating accounts receivable activity, analyzing payment behavior, resolving customer financial issues, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal business partners to ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Manage customer issue resolution and financial account analysis for assigned business groups. Research customer payments, delinquent accounts, and credit-related concerns to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Conduct collection activities on past-due accounts through phone, email, and written communication while adhering to established credit policies. Analyze accounts receivable data and customer payment behaviors to develop effective resolution strategies. Partner with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve account discrepancies and delinquency issues. Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports and account documentation. Support productivity initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts. Deliver a high level of customer service through effective verbal and written communication.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or financial analysis. Strong understanding of customer account management and collection processes. Direct experience in B2B collections. Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and root causes. Experience resolving customer financial issues and account discrepancies. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with dispute management within an accounts receivable environment. Knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, negotiation techniques, and financial risk assessment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives and change management efforts. Participation in Lean Six Sigma projects, cross-functional teams, or similar continuous improvement programs. Experience working in a large, complex corporate environment.
