Autocar Parts is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Pricing Manager to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive profitable growth across our business. This role is responsible for building and optimizing pricing models, establishing pricing programs and governance, and providing insights that enhance margin performance while maintaining market competitiveness. As a key business partner, the Pricing Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Purchasing, and Operations to develop pricing strategies that balance customer value, competitive positioning, and business profitability. This role will also lead and develop a team of Pricing Analysts while helping shape the future of pricing capabilities, systems, and analytics within the organization. What We\'re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in pricing, purchasing, product management, sales, finance, accounting, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions. Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering value. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience developing and executing strategic pricing programs. Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and profitability management. Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Power Query. Experience building dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
