Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations to identify student needs and develop individualized plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students, both individually and in groups, addressing a range of communication disorders
• Create measurable goals and document student progress in accordance with district and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations as a valued team member
• Consult with teachers and parents to implement effective classroom strategies and ensure carryover of skills
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to district, state, and ethical guidelines
