Job Overview A law firm seeks a Structured Finance Of Counsel to join its finance group in Wilmington, DE. The role focuses on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. Candidates with experience in this area are preferred but not required. Duties Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals. Produce timely and accurate work products. Meet deadlines and perform required duties efficiently. Foster positive work relationships. Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as needed. Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Requirements 5-9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience. Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and writing skills. Attention to detail and good business judgment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Research and problem-solving skills. Persuasive communication and management skills.
