Job Summary

We are currently hiring a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate Contract opening (Day (5x8) shift) in Kilgore, TX. In this position, the professional will deliver geriatric physical therapy evaluations and restorative rehabilitation for short-term rehab and long-term care residents in skilled nursing facilities. Primary responsibilities include: conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments of resident mobility, transfers, and gait, implement tailored physical therapy programs to maximize resident independence and safe ambulation, and collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff on restorative care. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
