• You move through the day with purpose and don't need to be told twice.
• You take ownership of the property like it's yours.
• You're a team player who jumps in wherever you're needed without being asked.

• Walk the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste and keep all common areas and amenities clean and presentable at all times
• Clear out vacant units before the make-ready process begins and keep storage areas clean and organized
• Assist the service team with minor requests and the turn process as needed
• Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool gates are functioning and up to code
• Pressure wash breezeways and common areas, perform general cleaning, and assist with painting curbs and signage as needed
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all OSHA and safety requirements

Requirements

• No prior experience required, we'll train the right person
• A strong work ethic and a good eye for what needs attention
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Weekend availability as needed
• A positive attitude and genuine pride in the space you maintain
