What we are looking for-

The Electrician II position is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Department by performing preventive

and corrective electrical maintenance on all production and facility equipment. Pay rate is DOE. More experienced? Let's talk!

What you will be doing-

The job duties listed below are the fundamental job duties of this position. Failure to perform any one of these

duties would substantially alter the nature of the position.

 Install, calibrate and maintain electrical systems and process control devices

 Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems

 Diagnose and propose repair solutions for electrical power, electrical control and process control

equipment

 Assist in the planning, budgeting and implementation of electrically related facility projects

 Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools

 Develop and maintain proper use, care, and safety skills of all hand, power, welding and any other tools

necessary for use in the course of this job.

 Fabricate, assemble, and install electrical panels and all associated wiring

Required Education, Skills and Abilities

 High school education or equivalent. Preferred technical education in

electricity.

 Current Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License is required and it must be maintained.

 Basic knowledge of process sensors/transmitters.

 Basic Knowledge of electrical safety devices (breakers, fuses, etc.)

 Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.

 Strong working knowledge of electrical work practices and guidelines to include those outlined by the

National Electrical Code (NEC).

 Proficient interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

 Work independently with little supervision

May be required to push and/or pull up to 75 pounds; lift and/or carry 70 pounds

frequently.
