About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P/L management, including monthly financial reporting and KPIs. This role involves driving sales and profitable growth in the market, coaching and leading the management and account teams, and overseeing the execution of operational and sales strategies. The Managing Director will also be tasked with developing and monitoring the annual business budget, capital budget, and mid-term business plan, as well as managing daily business operations, logistics, and storage. A key aspect of the position is to ensure the development of individuals within the organization and to take corrective actions to create sustainable shareholder value. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years experience in general management, with a strong focus on sales and growth. The role requires an individual with a technical background, international experience, and a proven track record in indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, business-focused, and excellent people manager with a positive and motivating leadership style. Strong organizational, change management and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to travel internationally. The role demands a hands-on, solution-oriented problem solver with a proactive approach to process improvement and a strong analytical skill set.
