SUMMARY The responsibilities of the Self Check Out Attendant includes supervising the self-checkouts, assisting customer in processing orders, including cashiering and loss prevention. The Self Check Out Attendant also responds to complaints with genuine concern. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

- Assists and watches the Self Check Out registers
- Assists in performing product scanning and processing of customer's orders in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner.
- Ensures proper handling of all forms of tender and coupons.
- Performs fixed activities as assigned by supervisor
- Directs customer traffic.
- Assists with any pricing issue.
- Assists with register maintenance, cleaning and replenishing supplies
- Follows all store and department policies and procedures.
- Follows safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
