SUMMARY Acts as an agent of broker-assigned accounts for Private Client Services, including servicing and/or solicitation activities. Manages book of business and directs the work of a service team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and develop new business leads from Producers, or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities; Responsible for renewal business and soliciting additional lines of coverage; Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolio to implement cross-selling opportunities and solicitation of additional lines of coverage; Service accounts and provide claims support as needed; Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and develop proper marketing strategies; Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals and presentations; Bind coverage, identify deficiencies, and determine appropriate level of coverage; Meet with clients as needed or as directed by Producer; Review accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections; Serve as technical expert, assist department members to resolve complex issues; Handle collection of fees, reconciling and resolving any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing; Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information); Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Eight (8) or more years of related work experience inPrivate Client/High Net Worth insurance required Valid insurance license Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of a wide array of private client customizable coverages Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving and time management skills Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and de-escalate concerns Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork Ability to maintain confidentiality #LI-DR2 #LI-REMOTE We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
