Field-based, home office. Our client, a leading supplier of collision repair equipment with 36+ years in the industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Collision Sales Territory Manager to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with collision centers, dealerships, and automotive service providers. This role requires a working understanding of the collision repair industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the collision repair and automotive service industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate our client's equipment and services to prospective customers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand business relationships. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management using CRM software. Provide post-sale support and follow-up to strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications & Skills Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in collision repair, automotive equipment, or industrial supply. Working knowledge of collision center operations and equipment. Candidates currently calling on body shops (paint, sealers, clips and fasteners, equipment) are strongly preferred. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable managing your own schedule in the field. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Willingness to travel within the territory for customer meetings and industry events. Valid driver's license required. Compensation Six-month salary guarantee of $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to extend. Transitions to 100% commission at 22% of gross profit on every sale.
