Overview Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team where you will help keep shelves stocked and maintain sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers. In the deli department, you will participate in front-line customer service, contributing to a positive shopping experience for members. Responsibilities Ensure high-quality products are available for our members and properly displayed Maintain clean shelves, monitor temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area Follow safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with decisions, and resolving issues Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas, including food handling, equipment sanitation, cold chain procedures, and area cleaning Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications Passion for stocking and customer service with a focus on member satisfaction Ability to adapt to change and think creatively to drive improvements Benefits and compensation Health benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance Paid time off benefits include PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting, with eligibility determined by job classification and length of employment Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability, employee discounts, and additional programs Additional information The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
