The posted compensation range of $34.00 - $50.58 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Administrative Professional, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service. Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks. • Provides administrative and secretarial supervision and support to the Hospital President, VP's, and physician leadership, supervising and coordinating the operations of the administrative office, including the supervision of the Executive Administrative Assistants.
• Assesses and makes recommendations regarding staffing, operational and capital budget needs and monitoring the operational budget, supply costs, overtime, catering, phone and office coverage, travel and corporate expenses.
• Researches and prepares various reports for the President, researching and preparing application packets whenever the need arises to re-apply for various hospitals licenses, certificates, and compliance statements.
• Facilitates periodic Administrative Team meetings on key issues to assure performance improvement, quality and efficiency.
• Supervise and manage the Executive Assistants.
• Ensuring that the patient / customer perspective is a driving force behind our actions and business decisions; crafting and implementing service practices that meet patients' / customers' and own organization's needs. (Focus also includes internal and external customers.)

• Requires good organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks. Requires excellent written and verbal communication
• Must have the ability to remain calm in difficult situations and maintain mental alertness and stamina to perform routine and specialized duties for long periods of time
• Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion, work independently and make sound decisions
• Solid working knowledge of modern office terminology and computer applications; must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail and calendar applications; type accurately at a speed necessary for completing documents as needed; English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary
