Sales Engineer Position
Join Sikla Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Sales Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Commercial care for a group of key clients and building long-term relationships, including identifying needs and technical advice.
- Collaboration with investors, designers, and contractors to implement optimal technical solutions and develop offer proposals.
- Designing and selecting fastening systems for utility and industrial installations based on technical requirements, standards, and site conditions.
- Preparing technical and commercial offers with calculations and material lists.
- Preparing 2D/3D/BIM technical documentation and engineering calculations.
- Coordination and supervision of assigned projects from the concept stage to acceptance.
- Site visits and client visits – local visions, technical support, author supervision.
- Ensuring compliance of solutions with applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Requirements
- Higher technical education – construction or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (including design, technical supervision, and project implementation).
- Documented experience in working with clients, contractors, and design offices.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD (experience with BIM tools is desirable).
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and good self-organization skills.
- Category B driver’s license and readiness for regular client and site visits.
- High communication skills and ability to conduct commercial and technical discussions.
