Sales Engineer Position

Join Sikla Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Commercial care for a group of key clients and building long-term relationships, including identifying needs and technical advice.
• Collaboration with investors, designers, and contractors to implement optimal technical solutions and develop offer proposals.
• Designing and selecting fastening systems for utility and industrial installations based on technical requirements, standards, and site conditions.
• Preparing technical and commercial offers with calculations and material lists.
• Preparing 2D/3D/BIM technical documentation and engineering calculations.
• Coordination and supervision of assigned projects from the concept stage to acceptance.
• Site visits and client visits – local visions, technical support, author supervision.
• Ensuring compliance of solutions with applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Higher technical education – construction or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (including design, technical supervision, and project implementation).
• Documented experience in working with clients, contractors, and design offices.
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD (experience with BIM tools is desirable).
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and good self-organization skills.
• Category B driver’s license and readiness for regular client and site visits.
• High communication skills and ability to conduct commercial and technical discussions.
