Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a dietary, kitchen, or food service role is a plus, especially in a long‑term care or healthcare setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
