Assistant Salon Manager – Hyannis, Massachusetts Festival at Hyannis S.C., 1070 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, Massachusetts Are you a stylist with a winning attitude who wants more responsibility and a chance to earn? An Assistant Salon Manager at Great Clips supports other stylists, manages daily salon operations, and ensures a positive, fun environment for both team and customers. Total pay up to $40/hour, tips provided daily. Competitive compensation depends on salon owner and location. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily salon operations, support and motivate the stylist team, maintain high quality service standards, and collaborate with salon owners to achieve goals. Qualifications Cosmetology license and/or barber license (requirements vary by state).
