About the Role:

APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Assistant to join our growing team in Conyers, GA! Responsibilities:

• Process and submit medical claims to insurance carriers accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts
• Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist with appeals and resubmission of denied or rejected claims
• Maintain accurate patient billing records and documentation in the EMR/EHR system
• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries

Requirements:

• Prior experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration preferred
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Knowledge of insurance claim submission processes and EOB interpretation
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• CPC, CPB, or related billing/coding certification is a plus

This is a remote position.


Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
