Material Handler

Warehouse Material HandlerAccurately moving raw materials to and from the warehouse for use by the dryer personnel and completing the transactions in D365. This includes issuing and staging raw materials and packaging to a job before production occurs. Will have a key role in the cycle count program.Essential Functions:Know the location of all raw materials – both dry and wet ingredientsEnsure proper rotation of raw ingredients is being followed (FEFO)Move ingredients from the warehouse to specified location for the mix and dryer operator and verify correct ingredients are being providedComplete transactions in D365Attend all company mandated training sessions and meetingsMaintain neat and orderly warehouse storage areas, and assist in keeping all areas neat and cleanSafe/effective use of Hi Lift-Forklift for moving productEffectively follow company inventory control systemsFollow all company GMPS; safety rules and other stated policiesBe able to work at other jobs as requested by managementRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a High School Diploma or GEC and be able to follow all written and oral instructionsMust be self-disciplined, a team player, and be able to handle emergency situations common to the operationMust be able to maintain and display personal cleanliness and follow GMPs' as described in company guidelinesMust be able to write clearly and in an organized fashionMust be able to use a computer: MS office; Deacom and other company provided softwareWorking Conditions:Wet, slippery floors from ingredients and water solutionsHigh noise areas presentHigh speed moving parts and equipmentLife steam and steam heated waterCorrosive chemicals presentRoutine stair climbingRoutine lifting of heavy weightsSeasonal temperature varianceHot and wet conditions in the production areasNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
