What you will be doing Ensure all guests receive a warm and friendly, efficient check-in and check-out experience by providing room and hotel information, directions, amenities, and local interests. You will use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed and handle guest complaints, responding with necessary action.
