DataVox is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Houston. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the VP of Marketing to develop compelling visual content that strengthens our brand, supports business growth, and enhances customer engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with creative problem-solving, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. From digital campaigns and social media content to print collateral, event materials, photography, and video production, you'll play a key role in shaping how the DataVox brand is experienced across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports marketing initiatives, promotes the DataVox brand, and drives customer engagement.

Graphic Design & Brand Development

• Design marketing materials for print and digital channels, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, email campaigns, social media graphics, and sales collateral.
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all customer-facing and internal materials.
• Create designs optimized for print, web, email, social media, and event marketing.

Event & Marketing Support

• Develop creative assets for tradeshows, customer events, golf tournaments, partner events, and company initiatives.
• Support website updates, email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and social media content creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring marketing campaigns and creative projects to life.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with the Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to support organizational goals.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

Video Production & Content Creation

• Capture photography and video footage for company events, customer stories, employee features, and promotional initiatives.
• Manage lighting, audio, and production equipment to ensure professional-quality deliverables.

What You Need

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.
• Experience creating visual content across multiple platforms and media formats.
• Excellent layout, typography, branding, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practices.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift marketing and production equipment. The employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
