- Assist residents with daily living activities including:
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Bathing
- Personal hygiene
- Toileting
- Mobility and exercise support.
- Help residents during meals and provide assistance with eating when needed.
- Observe residents and report any changes in health or behavior.
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
- Assist with medication support under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
- Monitor and record vital signs as assigned.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Make beds, tidy resident rooms, and support housekeeping efforts.
- Assist with specimen collection when required.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training programs.
- Follow all safety procedures, infection control practices, and resident care standards.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform physical caregiving tasks.
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Previous caregiving, customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
- Push or pull equipment and assist residents safely.
- Hear alarms and resident calls for assistance.
- Observe residents and surroundings to ensure safety.
