Description This role is for a Registered Nurse in Behavioral Mental Health who will work with youth and adolescents, providing medical oversight, care, education and guidance. The position supports program teams and operates within the organizational culture of resilience and evidence‑based practice. Responsibilities Provide medical oversight, care, education, and guidance to the youth in care. Mediate medication administration oversight, maintain medical files, respond to client medical needs, and collaborate directly with the psychiatrist to provide professional nursing care. Work on an as‑needed basis with a minimum of 4 shifts per month. What this position offers Starting pay range: $35.00–$38.00 hourly. Requirements Valid North Carolina driver’s license and meeting all credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards for the department. Associate’s Degree in Nursing or a related field. No minimum number of years of relevant professional experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written & oral communication skills. License as an RN in North Carolina.
