Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Taos, NM as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges are expected. Prior SNF experience is strongly preferred. Dress code is black scrubs. Therapist must be present in the building to receive guaranteed hours. Therapist to follow CRG policies and procedures. Therapist productivity requirement 90%. Regional Director of Therapy will conduct the interview.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to comply with facility dress code (black scrubs) and onsite presence requirements.
• Willingness to follow company policies and meet productivity expectations (90% productivity).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in post-acute or long-term care settings.
• Familiarity with SNF documentation and regulatory requirements.
