What You’ll Do Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business Help attract new customers through friendly, engaging interactions Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle transactions Set up and prepare the truck before opening Keep the truck clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with opening and closing procedures We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Naturally outgoing and charismatic Exceptional at customer service and sales Friendly, polished, and professional Reliable; you show up when you say you will Comfortable working independently Fast-paced without sacrificing quality Detail-oriented and takes pride in cleanliness A strong communicator Positive, coachable, and eager to learn Experience (Preferred) Barista or coffee shop experience Retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience Sales experience or experience building customer relationships Not Required No barista experience? That’s okay. We can teach coffee. We can’t teach personality, work ethic, and a genuine love for serving people.
