Responsibilities: * Intra-Office Communication: * Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure smooth operations. * Escort patients to examination rooms and input their history and clinical information into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. * Clinical Tasks: * Perform routine clinical tasks to support physicians during well and sick visits. * Administer necessary procedures for well and sick visits. * Prepare and administer injections/immunizations. * Take inventory and maintain stocked rooms for efficient daily operations. * Perform phlebotomy and in office lab tests * Administrative Assignments: * Prepare charts for the next day's visits. * Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications: * Previous experience with computer-based EMR systems. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Medical Assistant certification preferred.
