Together, we're improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist PRN to join our team at 3700 Silver Lake Road, NE, Saint Anthony, MN. 55421.Work Schedule: Work schedule is PRN hours during business hours based on business needs. Business hours are Monday - Friday, from 7:00am - 6:00pm, rotational Saturdays may be included in this role.Job Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collect payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomistAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agencyProven track record in providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to work in fast paced / high volume work environmentsAble to pass a standardized color blindness testFlexibility to work overtime as neededExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. If you like variety, this role is perfect for you!*QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM*: Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.Pay Range: $17.75 - $27.69 per hourAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
