With approximately 8 students on your caseload, you’ll have the time and capacity to make meaningful connections and tailor your approach for maximum student growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Indiana teaching license with Intense Intervention Special Education endorsement/certification (required)
• Experience designing and delivering instruction for students with significant learning, behavioral, or developmental differences
• Strong skills in data-driven decision making and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive educational environment

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct instruction and specialized support tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
• Regularly communicate with parents, caregivers, and educational teams to track student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation
• Participate actively in professional development and school-based meetings
