IT Network Solutions is a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Demand Generation Coordinator who can plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads and first-time sales appointments.

This role combines digital marketing, paid advertising, content creation, email marketing, direct mail, website updates, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable working independently, and focused on measurable business results, not just marketing activity.

IMPORTANT: This is a full-time, fully in-person position in South Brunswick, New Jersey. Remote and hybrid work are not available for this position.

Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required for the daily commute and occasional local marketing errands.

Compensation: $45,000–$47,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and direct-mail channels
\n
• Create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google
\n
• Create social media posts, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
\n
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
\n
• Create, prepare, and manage direct-mail campaigns, including printing, packaging, mailing, and coordination with vendors when needed
\n
• Design brochures, postcards, mailers, and other promotional materials
\n
• Create and publish campaign landing pages
\n
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
\n
• Update website content and promotional materials
\n
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and results
\n
• Maintain CRM marketing lists and lead tracking
\n
• Support website SEO, GEO, and AI search visibility
\n
• Work closely with sales to develop and optimize campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and first-time appointments
\n
• Test new marketing ideas, messaging, offers, and channels
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience
\n
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish
\n
• Hands-on experience working inside at least one major paid advertising platform, such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads, with experience creating, launching, monitoring, or optimizing campaigns
\n
• Must be comfortable working in a small, fully in-person office environment and independently managing day-to-day marketing responsibilities
\n
• Strong writing and content creation skills
\n
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
\n
• Experience with website editing and landing pages
\n
• Working knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics
\n
• Ability to develop creative marketing ideas and test new approaches
\n
• Understanding of how marketing supports lead generation and sales
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
