Field Sales Assistant | Broward & Palm Beach Counties | $40,000–$52,000 | Full-time

Join an established South Florida paver company (in business since 1988) in a hands-on, out-of-the-office role with real room to grow. You'll work side by side with our sales team in the field, and we'll train you from the ground up in the hardscape industry with a clear path to grow into a full sales or project management role.

• $40,000–$52,000 base, depending on experience

What you'll do day to day:

• Drive to client homes and job sites across Broward and Palm Beach Counties
• Load, transport, and present paver samples to clients
• Take measurements, photos, and notes so our team can build accurate estimates
• Visit clients to collect signatures and help with paperwork
• Check active job sites to confirm work meets our quality and cleanliness standards
• Be an on-site point of contact for clients during projects
• Learn our sales process and back up the sales team as you grow

This role is right for you if:

• You have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• You're genuinely comfortable lifting and carrying 50–70 lbs several times a day
• You're organized, reliable, and show up
• You're presentable and comfortable talking with homeowners
• Hands-on experience in construction, landscaping, or home services is a strong plus (but we'll train the right person)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big advantage in our market
