You’ll play a vital role in shaping the educational experience for children from birth through second grade, with a primary focus on preschoolers (ages 2-5) who have disabilities such as Autism, developmental delays, and more.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Early Childhood Special Education Certification (Birth–2nd grade) required
• Proven experience working with preschool-aged children with disabilities (Autism, developmental delays, or similar exceptionalities)
• Skill in differentiated instruction, individualized education program (IEP) development, and collaborative team teaching
• Strong communication skills with families, team members, and school partners
• An adaptable, compassionate approach to meeting the needs of students with varied abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, tailored instruction for students in early childhood special education settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans to address unique learning goals
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based strategies, including behavior supports, sensory integration, and communication tools
• Collaborate closely with general education staff, therapists, and families to promote student progress
