Senior Project Manager/Modeler - Construction Modeling

Responsibilities Build concept models and connections to ensure alignment with the design team. Collaborates with architects, contractors, and other engineering consultants to develop engineering solutions. Oversees designs, reviews project specifications, and interprets applicable codes and industry standards. Guides/assists other modelers regarding issues such as codes, design criteria, and software. Provides guidance to team members regarding Walter P Moore assessment techniques, modeling standards, processes, and quality. Promotes, exhibits, and communicates our Extraordinary Client Experience (ECX), Extraordinary Employee Experience (EEX), 5 Coordinates, vision, mission, and purpose. Qualifications 15+ years of prior experience with 10+ years of prior experience in Tekla steel detailing on complex projects. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to engage individuals and teams to complete tasks or projects. Ability to mentor and lead individuals and teams, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Demonstrated career growth that includes experience working on design teams for a variety of building or project types. Strong client-service attitude with the ability to multitask and accomplish multiple priorities. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
