Disaster Response Workforce Specialist — Flexible Hours
Maximus
Maximus is seeking a Workforce Specialist to provide support to survivors of natural disasters. This temporary position involves monitoring call volume and ensuring workers meet performance standards while responding to inquiries effectively. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, be US citizens, and be able to pass Federal Government clearance. The work requires flexibility, as shifts can occur between 6:30AM and 2:30AM EST, including weekends.
