• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages using approved platforms
• Review reservations and confirmations to ensure information is complete and accurate
• Provide prompt, professional assistance tailored to each client's needs
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging systems
• Support schedule changes, reservation updates, and travel-related requests
• Maintain accurate records, travel documentation, and customer information
• Participate in virtual training sessions and team development programs
