Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, Inc. is seeking an Outreach Specialist in Sierra Vista to engage individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability. You will coordinate with healthcare, housing partners, landlords, and community organizations to support housing stability. You will employ trauma-informed, person-centered approaches to assess needs, connect clients to crisis and ongoing services, and help with housing readiness and access. #J-18808-Ljbffr
